Pierre Legrand

Pierre Legrand holds a Master’s degree in pedagogy and a Master’s degree in orchestral music from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève, and has been teaching violin for ten years.

A passionate pedagogue, he has had the opportunity to teach in private lessons and in various settings, including the “A ta portée” school in Gex and the Ecole des Arts du Genevois of Archamps. He has also worked as a substitute teacher at the Ferney-Voltaire Conservatoire, the Geneva Conservatoire de Musique and the Conservatoire Populaire de Musique, de Danse et de Théâtre de Genève.

An active musician, he has performed with the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Ensemble Contrechamps, the Orchestre de Chambre de Genève and the Orchestre des Pays de Savoie.

Since August 2023, Pierre has been teaching violin at the Centre Musical de Cornavin.
