Musical Exploration (Ages 5–7)

from CHF 230.-/month

Course Description

This course is specially designed for young children, offering a playful and interactive immersion into the world of music. Divided into two 30-minute segments, the course combines basic musical training and instrumental discovery.

First half-hour: musical initiation

During the first part, students follow a personalized program that strengthens their rhythmic and vocal skills, while introducing the basics of music theory using a variety of didactic tools.

Second half-hour: instrumental practice

The second part is dedicated to the practical learning of various instruments in a semi-private setting, limited to two or three students per group. Children begin with guitar and recorder, then progress to cello and piano, allowing for a full and in-depth exploration of each instrument.

Instrument demonstration workshops

In addition, the different families of symphonic orchestra instruments are explored through demonstration workshops, further enriching the learning experience. All necessary instruments are provided during the course, except the recorder.

At the end of the school year, students will have discovered several instruments, allowing them to make a more informed choice for continuing their musical education.

Two performances per year

As part of this course, students will take part in two performances per school year.
