Musical Exploration

Musical Exploration (Ages 5–7)

from CHF 189.-/month

Course Description

This course is specially designed for young children, offering a fun and interactive immersion into the world of music. Divided into two 25-minute segments, the class combines basic music training with instrumental discovery.

First segment: Musical initiation

During the first part, students follow a personalized program that strengthens their rhythmic and vocal skills, while introducing basic music theory using various didactic tools.

Second segment: Instrument practice

The second part is dedicated to hands-on learning of various instruments in a semi-private environment, limited to two or three students per group. Children begin with guitar and recorder, then progress to cello and piano, allowing for a thorough exploration of each instrument.

Instrument demonstration workshops

In addition, different families of symphonic orchestra instruments are introduced through demonstration workshops, further enriching the learning experience. All necessary instruments are provided during the course, except for the recorder.

At the end of the school year, students will have discovered several instruments, helping them make a more informed choice for continuing their musical education.

Two performances per year

As part of this course, students will participate in two performances per school year.
